In general
These rules apply exclusively to physical products purchased through the AM Smart Digital website.
Product return conditions
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (the NFC chip on the back of the board must not be damaged or removed).
- The buyer is obliged to provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Refunds are only possible for products purchased through our official website.
Refund procedure
- The customer must send a return request via e-mail to info@amsmartdigital.com with a description of the reason for the return.
- After approval of the return, the buyer is obliged to send the product to the address we will provide in the e-mail.
- The cost of return postage is borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
- If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase, within 7 working days.
- No refunds are given for digital products and services.
Complaints
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with pictures of the damage or error so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
